Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

United States: 6–12 business days
Select International Destinations: Delivery times vary by location and may take longer.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Where We Ship

Duva Loir currently ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

If your country or region is unavailable during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.

Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

Duva Loir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Customs inspections
Severe weather
Public holidays
High shipping volumes
Other events beyond our reasonable control
