30-Day Returns
If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. No interrogation, no runaround.
What qualifies
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items are marked as such at purchase.
How it works
Email Duvaloir.official@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Mention it in your email and we'll set it up as soon as your return is on its way.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
