Refund policy

At Duva Loir, we want every piece to feel exactly right. If it doesn't, we'll make it simple.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@duvaloir.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with everything you need — no forms, no phone calls, no hoops.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you the moment it's processed.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Tell us in your return request and we'll arrange it — subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.
