Nothing. Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide — no minimum.
When will my order arrive?
Orders process in 1–2 business days, with delivery typically 6-12 business days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed with every order.
Can I track my order?
Yes — use the tracking number in your shipping email, or the Track Order page anytime.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn with tags. Full details on our Return Policy page.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a fit guide and FAQ specific to that piece — fit notes, fabric behavior, and sizing guidance are listed under every item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at hello@duvaloir.com as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
